Standard delivery (UK mainland)
For standard delivery there will be a delivery charge. We aim to deliver to most UK mainland addresses within 7 working days of receiving your order, subject to availability. Through circumstances beyond our control, this may not always be possible, please do accept our apologies.
Prints are made to order and shipped within 5 working days within the UK. Please allow 3 working weeks for framed prints as they are made to order.
For Reproduction prints with overseas dispatch you must allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Severe weather conditions
Severe weather conditions in some parts of the country may cause disruption to our delivery service. We will try to get your order to you as soon as possible, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Charges and options
UK mainland orders are dispatched on a 48 – hour signed for delivery service, Monday to Friday 9:00 -18:00, excluding public holidays. The appropriate charge will be added to your order once you fill in the address details before you commit to payment.
- If you would like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address when applicable.
- We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
- Products may be sent out in separate parcels, but you will not incur additional delivery charges as a result.
- Please note we normally dispatch goods to the cardholders address. We're also happy to arrange a delivery to an alternative address such as your place of work, simply use the 'Edit' Delivery Address option during the checkout process.

All Orders will be dispatched by air on a special delivery service that includes insurance and a signature is required upon delivery. FREE Shipping will be applied to all orders which include Membership.
There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. The National Maritime Museum is not responsible for paying these charges.
Deliveries to Multiple Addresses
