Citrus fruits make the ultimate sweet/sharp preserve – perfect for a ‘wake up’ breakfast. Our marmalades are piquant, refreshing, tangy and bright. Made from fresh fruit, and coarse cut for a burst of sunshine citrus, they are naturally set with unrefined cane sugar, perhaps a little lemon juice, and in some a dash of alcohol to enhance and deepen flavour.
Traditionally dark, malty and full bodied. Naturally set with unrefined sugar.
Ingredients
Unrefined sugar, water, Seville oranges 33%, fresh lemon juice, whisky 2%, molasses, coriander seed.
Prepared with 33g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 67g per 100g.
Storage
Refrigerate after opening.
