Weather Vane Necklace
Our Cutty Sark necklace is inspired by the weather vane that sits atop the ship. The vane is in the shape of a ‘cutty sark’ or short shirt, as worn by the witch Nannie - a character from Robert Burns’ poem Tam O’Shanter which provides the namesake for the ship. It was hoisted to the top of the main mast whenever the ship was in port.
