Astronomy Photographer of the Year is an annual competition featuring the world’s greatest space photography. Photographers from across the globe compete to take home the prestigious title.

Living in a highly light-polluted part of Canada does come with its challenges. Long drives and long nights to get a glimpse of the night sky above. I found a spot right on the lake's edge with some exposed rocks. 
The light pollution from the USA to the south gave a wondrous glow on the water before me. The shine on the rocks, ever inviting to be photographed.

Custom Prints are printed on sustainable, matt 250gsm conservation digital paper. Unframed prints are carefully rolled with acid free tissue paper inside a sturdy cardboard tube. Frames are made in the UK from sustainably-sourced woods.
