This limited warranty from TRIWA ("TRIWA Warranty") applies exclusively to original TRIWA watches purchased in their original, labeled packaging (the "TRIWA Watch").

1. Warranty Coverage and Duration
This TRIWA Warranty guarantees your TRIWA Watch against manufacturing and material defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of original retail purchase (the "Warranty Period"). The TRIWA Warranty is valid only for watches purchased from the official TRIWA website. TRIWA will repair or replace your TRIWA Watch or parts at no cost according to the terms of this Warranty.

Important Note: The rights granted by this TRIWA Warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies provided by consumer laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Therefore, this TRIWA Warranty and its benefits supplement, not replace, the rights provided by applicable consumer law.

2. Warranty Limitations (What is Not Covered)
This TRIWA Warranty does not cover:

(a) Watches that are not manufactured by TRIWA

(b) Batteries, straps, link bracelets, or watch glass

(c) Routine maintenance and cleaning procedures

(d) Any damage caused by accidents, improper use or handling of any watch part, neglect, improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, normal wear and tear, scratches and scrapes, or any factor other than a manufacturing or material defect in the TRIWA Watch

(e) Water damage resulting from use that exceeds the water resistance rating (ATM) of the TRIWA Watch

(f) Damage caused by repairs, service or alterations performed by anyone other than an authorized TRIWA retailer or service provider.

(g) Condensation in watches. Rapid temperature fluctuations prevent a negative pressure in watches, which can create condensation. Condensation can occur if you go from hot to cold temperatures or vice versa. For example from laying in the hot sun to diving into the chilly water. Condensation occurring is not necessarily a manufacturing defect and is therefore not a warranty issue.
